ph2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to access the ph2 platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
